Sapphire IPTV setup on every device
Set up Sapphire IPTV in three moves: install an IPTV app, add the M3U link (or Xtream Codes login) from your Sapphire IPTV welcome email, and start streaming. Below: Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android, iPhone and iPad, MAG and Enigma2, step by step, with the team on WhatsApp 24/7 if you get stuck.
Sapphire IPTV: what you need for IPTV setup
Setting up Sapphire IPTV takes four things and no technician. The email you get after ordering your Sapphire IPTV subscription has the most important one; get these four ready:
- Your Sapphire IPTV welcome email: your login details (M3U playlist link, EPG link, Xtream Codes server, username and password) and setup steps for your device, sent once payment is through (check your spam or junk folder too)
- A compatible device: Samsung, LG and Sony Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone and iPad, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, VU+) or Windows and Mac computers
- A stable internet connection: Sapphire IPTV recommends at least 30 Mbps for HD and Full HD. On a TV, Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi is steadier
- An IPTV player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV or GSE Smart IPTV; MAG boxes and Enigma2 receivers need no app
How does IPTV work?
IPTV brings TV over your internet connection, with no cable box or satellite dish. The ITU defines it as "multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks". Sapphire IPTV provides the channels, movies and series; your app displays them. No app provides content on its own: you need a Sapphire IPTV subscription.
Source: ITU (International Telecommunication Union), “IPTV-JCA Terms of Reference”
You add your M3U playlist link or Xtream Codes login to the app once, and it loads everything: live channels, movies and series, and the TV guide.
Sapphire IPTV: which IPTV app for your device?
The apps Sapphire IPTV's own guide names for each device. Any of them works with your M3U playlist link; most also accept an Xtream Codes login.

Install safely: Sapphire IPTV tips
- Install apps only from your device's official app store (Amazon Appstore, Google Play, the App Store, your TV's store) or the app developer's official website: never from an unknown site.
- No player app provides content on its own: the channels come from your Sapphire IPTV subscription.
- Never post your M3U link, your password or your box's MAC address in a public message or a screenshot.
- Some player apps are paid or have paid features; their makers set the price, not the IPTV service.
Sapphire IPTV on a Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Sony)
On a Smart TV you install an IPTV app from the TV's own app store, then add your M3U link and, for the TV guide, your EPG link from your Sapphire IPTV welcome email.
- Open your TV's app store and search for "Smart IPTV" or "IPTV Smarters". On a Samsung TV the guide's pick is Smart IPTV; on an LG TV, IPTV Smarters or SS IPTV.
- Install the app and open it.
- Go to the app's settings and add your Sapphire IPTV M3U playlist link, typed exactly as in your email.
- For the TV guide, add your EPG link in the app's settings too (optional, but recommended).
- Restart the app: the channel list loads, and the playlist updates by itself.
No Smart TV? A Fire TV Stick or an Android box plugged into the HDMI port works the same way.

- With the MAG remote, go to Settings → System Settings → Server.
- Replace the existing portal URL with the Sapphire IPTV portal URL from your email, including the http:// at the start.
- Save the settings and restart the MAG box.

- On a computer on the same network, open a browser and type your receiver's IP address (for example http://192.168.1.100) to reach its web interface.
- Go to the bouquet section and upload your Sapphire IPTV M3U playlist file, or enter the M3U link.

Sapphire IPTV: common IPTV setup problems and fixes
The six most common cases. Still stuck? Message the team on WhatsApp, 24/7.
The picture buffers or freezes
Sapphire IPTV recommends at least 30 Mbps for HD and Full HD. To steady it: use a wired Ethernet connection, or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, turn on hardware acceleration in the app, set the app's buffer to 10–15 seconds and close other downloads and streams on the same connection.
You can't find your M3U link
It's in your Sapphire IPTV welcome email, with the EPG link and the Xtream Codes details. Check your spam or junk folder; still missing? The team resends it on WhatsApp.
"Invalid login" in an Xtream Codes app
Enter the server URL (with its port, such as :8080), your username and your password exactly as sent: a space slipped in before or after a field during copy-paste is the usual cause. If the app asks for a port, it's often in the server URL.
The channel list or TV guide is out of date
In the app's settings, refresh or reload the playlist and the EPG. If that doesn't help, remove the M3U and EPG links and add them again.
Watching on another screen
Install Sapphire IPTV on as many devices as you like; a plan streams on 1 connection at a time. For more screens at once, extra connections are available as an add-on; ask the team for the price.
It worked, then stopped
Restart the device and your router, then reload the playlist. If it's still not working, message the team on WhatsApp with your device, your app and the time it stopped.
Sapphire IPTV: your questions about IPTV setup

How ordering worksHow do I set up Sapphire IPTV with Xtream Codes?
Most IPTV apps accept an Xtream Codes login. Pick "Xtream Codes" or "XC Login" in your app and enter the server URL (with its port, such as :8080), your username and your password from your email. If the app asks for a port, check the server URL: it often includes it.
Can I use a MAG box or a portal URL?
Yes. On a MAG box or in an STB Emulator app, enter the Sapphire IPTV portal URL from your email in the portal or server settings, save, and reload the portal so the channels appear.
Which IPTV app should I use?

Is an IPTV app enough to watch TV?
No. A player app only shows what your subscription provides: it has no channels of its own. You need a Sapphire IPTV subscription; no free trial is published, but you can ask on WhatsApp whether a test is possible.
Free trial: what to knowDo I need a satellite dish or extra hardware for Sapphire IPTV?
No: there's no cable box or satellite dish to install. Sapphire IPTV streams over your internet connection to the device you already own.
