Sapphire IPTV Privacy Policy

Sapphire IPTV ("we", "us" or "our") operates this website (sapphire-iptv.shop). This policy explains what personal data we handle through the site and when you order or contact our team, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Please also read our terms of service.

1. The data we collect

We only collect the data we need to set up, manage and support your subscription:

  • your email address, where your login details (M3U playlist link, EPG link, Xtream Codes or portal details) are sent;
  • your WhatsApp number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and the messages you exchange with our team, since orders, renewals, refund requests and support all go through WhatsApp;
  • your order details: the plan you chose, the order date and the login assigned to you;
  • your device information: the type of device and the app you plan to use, if you tell us, and anything else you choose to share for setup or support.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • deliver your login and set up your subscription;
  • answer your questions and help you set up the service;
  • send you account-related emails, such as your login details and messages about your plan;
  • prevent fraud and login sharing;
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we don't share it with advertisers.

3. WhatsApp buttons and forms

The order, test-request and contact buttons on this site, and its contact form, don't send us anything by themselves: they open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.

To do that, they go through a short redirect on this site that hands the pre-filled text to WhatsApp (for example the plan you chose, or the topic, device, name and message you typed into the form). Like any page address, that text can appear in the server's technical logs described below.

Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.

4. Payment

When you order on WhatsApp, our team sends you a secure payment link. Payment data is handled by the payment provider behind that link, under its own privacy policy. Never send your full card details in a WhatsApp chat.

5. Cookies and technical data

This site uses no analytics tool, no advertising cookies and no marketing pixels, so it shows no cookie banner.

Like any website, the host may record technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) in its server logs, for security and to keep the site running.

Third-party services you open from this site, such as WhatsApp or an app store, may set their own cookies under their own rules. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Who may receive your data

Your data is only shared when necessary:

  • with WhatsApp, which we use for orders, renewals, refund requests and support;
  • with the payment provider behind your payment link, limited to what the payment needs;
  • with the technical providers that run the service, send our emails and host this website;
  • with the authorities, when the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 9); data we no longer need is deleted.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, and access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your login and password to yourself.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it's inaccurate;
  • have it deleted;
  • object to or restrict some uses of it;
  • receive a copy of it in a machine-readable format.

To use these rights, message our team through the contact page. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

10. Age

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
