Sapphire IPTV Refund Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Sapphire IPTV wants every refund question to have a clear answer. This page explains when a full or partial refund is possible, how to ask for one and how long it takes.
When you can get a refund
You may qualify for a full or partial refund in these cases:
- Technical failure on our side: the service doesn't work at all on your compatible device for 72 hours or more in a row, because of a fault on Sapphire IPTV's side.
- Duplicate payment: you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period.
- First 7 days for new customers: you ask within 7 days of your first purchase, after trying the troubleshooting steps the support team gives you.
When a refund isn't given
Refunds are not provided when:
- you're unhappy with the channel list or the content offered;
- your internet connection is too slow or unstable to stream;
- you broke our terms of service, for example by sharing your account;
- you face geo-blocking in your country that is beyond our control.
A change of mind after the first 7 days is not a reason for a refund. A request about a renewal you didn't want is looked at case by case: tell the team as soon as possible.
How to ask for a refund
Message the team on WhatsApp from our contact page with "Refund request" at the start of your message, and include:
- your full name;
- the email address you used for your order;
- the reason for your request, and the steps you already tried with support;
- your device and app (for example, Fire TV Stick with IPTV Smarters Pro);
- the payment reference from your order, if you have it.
How long it takes
- 0–3 business days: the support team reviews your request.
- Same day after approval: the refund is sent back to the payment method you used.
- 5–10 business days: the money appears on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The team keeps you updated in the same WhatsApp chat. Weekends and public holidays can add a little time.
Avoiding problems before you order
- Check your device: make sure your device and app accept an M3U link, an Xtream Codes login or a portal URL. Our installation guide lists the apps for each device.
- Check your connection: at least 30 Mbps is recommended for HD and Full HD; Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi is steadier.
- Ask support first: most setup problems are solved quickly in the chat.
- Start small: the 1-month plan is the lowest-commitment way to try the service. See our plans and prices.
